Casa degli Aranci is a modern and exclusive seaside villa with swimming pool located in the surroundings of Avola, 25 km south of Syracuse.
The residence is only a few steps away from the enchanting white cliffs of Caponegro. Surrounded by a characteristic garden with a natural lawn, young olive trees, aromatic and ornamental plants, it has an exclusive swimming pool and large, well-equipped outdoor spaces, perfect for outdoor living most of the day and evening.
Spread over two levels, the cosy, well-divided interiors are distinguished by their elegant design and include a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, a wonderful dining room, a modern kitchen, two double bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms with showers, two double bedrooms with two adjoining bathrooms with showers, and a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bathtub. The outdoor area has a large veranda with kitchen and barbecue, a second veranda with large windows opens onto the garden. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, smart TV and a dishwasher.
Ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday, Casa degli Aranci is also an excellent base for easily exploring the most beautiful locations in eastern Sicily. Within a few kilometres you can reach Syracuse, Noto, Modica and Scicli, but also Catania and Taormina, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, the characteristic villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, and the splendid sandy beaches of Avola, Fontane Bianche and Calamosche.
